Integrated from the start
Connect product design, electronics, firmware, mechanical development and manufacturing requirements around one shared brief.
ABOUT SUNRADO
Sunrado Technology Limited is a full-service product design and manufacturing firm specializing in gaming accessories, consumer electronics and industrial products. We bring design, engineering and manufacturing support together for clients around the world.
20+ YEARS OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
With over 20 years of experience, SUNRADO helps clients turn product requirements into practical design and manufacturing decisions. We take the time to understand your project, component requirements and commercial goals—from initial design and prototyping through production tooling and final manufacturing.
Our integrated services connect creative product development with the technical work required to bring a product to market. By combining engineering knowledge with current technologies, we evaluate options against your requirements and recommend a solution suited to your application.
We work toward competitive costs and realistic lead times while keeping quality central to the process. Whether you need a complete development program or support for a specific stage, we aim to make the path to market more efficient, with clear decisions and coordinated handovers along the way.
Tell us about your projectConnect product design, electronics, firmware, mechanical development and manufacturing requirements around one shared brief.
Compare technical options against performance, component availability, cost and the intended product experience.
Consider cost and lead time alongside validation, manufacturability and agreed acceptance criteria.
Support clients worldwide with defined deliverables, documented revisions and clear engineering-to-production handovers.
PRODUCT AREAS
Our focus spans gaming accessories, consumer electronics and industrial products. Each project starts with its own users, operating conditions and technical requirements.
Consider interaction, ergonomics, connectivity and hardware integration together, with the intended gaming experience guiding development decisions.
Connect product form, electronics, firmware and usability with the practical requirements of manufacturing and ongoing support.
Define the environment, interfaces, functional requirements and validation scope so technical choices reflect how the product will actually be used.
A PRODUCTIVE FIRST CONVERSATION
Share the current revision, the intended behavior and the issue or decision in front of you. Relevant photos, drawings, firmware notes or test results help us frame a useful first review.
Prepare my project briefDescribe the intended users, essential functions and experience you want to create. Reference products can help us understand your priorities.
Tell us which designs, CAD files, electronics, firmware or prototypes already exist. Identify the decisions or problems your team needs help with.
Outline the target market, first-run volume, launch expectations and cost priorities. These help frame the scope and the trade-offs to review.
Define confidentiality arrangements before sharing sensitive files, then agree deliverables, milestones, ownership and responsibilities for the selected scope.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Clarity from the first conversation.
Start by selecting Idea / concept in the project planner. We can then review your requirements, assess feasibility and agree on the next steps.
Select the support you need, such as firmware, prototyping or sourcing. A project review determines whether that work can be scoped independently and what inputs it requires.
Minimum quantities and lead times depend on the product, components, tooling, testing and production setup. The quantities in the form indicate your target volume. We confirm order quantities, timing and pricing after reviewing the project.
Select your destination market and market test coordination. Applicable standards, testing scope, laboratory arrangements and responsibilities are reviewed for your specific product. No certification is guaranteed by this website.
We can build on your team’s existing capabilities. Share the design status, available files and division of responsibilities so we can agree on handovers, approvals and the work still needed.
Useful inputs include the bill of materials, PCB and assembly files, mechanical drawings or CAD, firmware and programming requirements, approved samples, test criteria and packaging specifications. The exact file checklist depends on the product and the production arrangement.
Key choices should be compared against functional requirements, interfaces, availability, cost and the product roadmap. Proposed substitutions need an appropriate technical review and approval process; a matching package alone does not establish that a part is suitable.
Ownership, licensing, access to development files, tooling rights and handover requirements are defined in the project agreement. These points should be established before the relevant development or tooling work begins.
Ongoing work can include component changes, firmware maintenance, production feedback and product revisions. The support period, response expectations, commercial terms and change-approval process are scoped separately for each project.
