- Project requirements, designs, drawings, RFQs, attachments and messages you choose to share.
- Account information and verification records, project status, correspondence and any confidentiality selections or signature details you submit.
Hosting, security and email systems may also process technical records such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and delivery results. Please avoid submitting unrelated sensitive personal information or material you are not authorized to share.
How information is used
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, assess project requirements, manage accounts and communications, coordinate agreed work, protect the website and keep appropriate business records. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on steps you request before a contract, performance of an agreement, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. An inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Retention depends on the inquiry or project lifecycle, account needs, contractual commitments and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Closing a browser does not delete an inquiry or its attachments. You may ask us to review retained information; deletion can be subject to legitimate retention requirements and backup cycles.
The installed application uses access controls and protected account sessions. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what to provide, although some information is needed to respond or operate an account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. It is not a quotation, binding offer, engineering approval or guarantee of feasibility, pricing, lead time, minimum order quantity, certification or product performance. These depend on review of the specific project and written agreement. Applicable signed agreements govern the work and take precedence over general website descriptions.
Concept images and examples
Some visuals are original AI-generated concept illustrations or photorealistic renders. Unless expressly identified otherwise, they are not photographs of manufactured SUNRADO products, customer projects, tested designs or evidence of production capability. Example service paths and recommendations are starting points for discussion.
Confidentiality and ownership
A displayed NDA draft, a typed name or skipping a signature step does not by itself establish that both parties have executed a binding NDA. Confirm the relevant agreement and authorized signatures before sharing confidential material. Uploading files does not itself transfer ownership; rights, licenses, confidentiality and use of project materials are governed by applicable law and your agreement.
