YOUR PROJECT INFORMATION
A clear working relationship.
When you submit an inquiry, SUNRADO stores your contact details, project requirements, NDA preview choice and selected files with your signed-in customer account. Your files, status history and replies are accessible to your account and authorized SUNRADO administrators. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry.
Email notifications are separate from saved project records. Sending requires a configured email service; provider acceptance does not prove delivery. Downloaded files remain on your device. To request corrections or deletion of project records, contact project@sunrado.net.
The NDA remains an unsigned draft pending company details and authorization. Conceptual imagery does not depict an actual SUNRADO facility or completed client project.
Customer projects and attachments are accessible only to the account owner and authorized SUNRADO administrators. No analytics or advertising trackers are included.
